What is Spanning Sync?

Spanning Sync is an application for Macintosh computers that syncs (bidirectional) Google calendars and Gmail contacts to iCal and Address Book, respectively. The application has full support for Google Apps, can be used on multiple Macs, and is possibly the best way to connect Google Apps to an iPhone, or iPod Touch. Spanning Sync costs $25 USD for a one year subscription, or $65 USD for a one-time purchase. If you choose to purchase the one year subscription, you must pay an additional $15 USD to renew your Spanning Sync "license" for each subsequent year of use. Whichever path you choose to take, I am sure you will be happy with Spanning Sync. It's a fantastic application for Mac users and does an excellent job of syncing your Google calendars and Gmail contacts to iCal and Address Book.
